Start while you are planning the season. Share the date you want the display ready so we can discuss availability and installation timing.
Can I choose warm white or colored lights?
Tell us the look you prefer. Colors, decorative elements, and product availability are reviewed when planning the display.
Can you install lights I already own?
Include photos and details of your lights in the request. Suitability, condition, and compatibility need to be reviewed before they can be included.
Are takedown and storage included?
Your proposal will specify the removal and storage arrangements. Let us know whether you want help with both when requesting an estimate.
What if a light needs attention during the season?
The proposal will outline in-season support. Report any issue to ECO so the next step can be arranged; do not climb onto the roof to investigate.
